Healthy Lifestyles Center Position Description:
The Performance Program Training Specialist supports Terrebonne General's mission by developing, evaluating, and administering performance and health-improvement programs within the Performance Training Center (PTC). This role performs work related to program planning, data analysis, client evaluation, operational coordination, and service quality improvement.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in a kinesiology or health related field and/or personal training certification is preferred. Demonstrated experience in sports performance, personal training, strength and conditioning, or related field. 2. Knowledge of performance principles, movement mechanics, and basic nutrition concepts preferred. 3. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days). 4. Ability to evaluate client needs and make decisions regarding program adjustments. 5. Experience with data tracking, program evaluation, or operational workflow management preferred.
