The Little Red Barn Indoor Playground is looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our small but growing team! Position Overview We are seeking a Play Associate who can help supervise Open Play, provide exceptional customer service to families, assist with parties, and complete nightly cleaning duties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children, is comfortable leading groups, and isn't afraid to be silly and have fun! Schedule 1-2 weekday shifts per week Weekday hours: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM Occasional weekend party shifts Weekend hours may range from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Responsibilities Welcome and assist families during Open Play Monitor the play area and help maintain a safe, fun environment Engage with children through play, games, and activities Assist with birthday parties and special events Lead group games and activities when needed Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers Perform nightly cleaning and sanitizing of the facility Help keep the space organized, stocked, and guest-ready Qualifications Experience working with children is required Reliable transportation Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Comfortable speaking to both children and adults Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy events Comfortable leading a room and managing groups of children Willing to be energetic, playful, and engaging Able to lift, bend, clean, and stay active throughout a shift Must pass a background check Ideal Candidate Our ideal team member is someone who can be both fun and firm—someone who can get children excited about an activity while also helping maintain a safe and respectful environment. Pay:
