Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-4PM Role Overview Lush Lemon is hiring an energetic, confident, in store Social Media Live Creator and Content Creator to be the face of our brand on TikTok and Instagram. This role is focused on hosting live shopping events directly from our store, creating short form content, and driving real engagement and sales through authentic on camera presence. This is not a behind the scenes role. You'll be on camera, interacting with customers live, styling outfits, talking product, and building community. Responsibilities Host live shopping events from the Lush Lemon store on TikTok and Instagram Present, style, and sell products in a natural and engaging way Create short form videos including try ons, outfit styling, new arrivals, trends, and behind the scenes content Engage with viewers in real time during lives by answering questions and responding to comments Coordinate with the in store team on promotions, launches, and featured items Help keep the store camera ready during lives Track basic performance such as views, engagement, and live sales Stay current on social media trends, sounds, and live selling strategies Qualifications Comfortable and confident on camera Experience posting on TikTok and or Instagram Strong personality and ability to connect with an audience Interest in fashion, styling, and boutique retail Reliable schedule and punctual in store presence Live selling experience is a plus but not required
Pay and Compensation Hourly Pay:
$15 to $17.50 per hour depending on experience and on camera performance
