We're looking to add team members who want a consistent schedule and fun work environment unlike any other! About the Role As a Game Guide, you're part storyteller, part stage manager, and part problem-solver. You'll welcome players, set the tone for their adventure, and guide them through the chaos of escape gameplay, all while running the show behind the scenes. Greet guests and introduce the rules and storyline Deliver engaging opening monologues Monitor gameplay, provide hints, and keep the experience smooth Reset rooms perfectly between groups Support with team tasks during downtime If you love fast-paced work, problem-solving on the fly, and helping people create moments they'll talk about for years, this is the role for you. What Makes You Great Comfortable speaking in front of groups Calm under pressure and quick to adapt if something goes wrong Detail-oriented, ensuring every reset is flawless Tech-savvy enough to handle control room software and radios A strong team player with excellent communication skills 2+ years of customer service or guest-facing experience preferred Bonus points if you love board games, improv, or making people laugh!
