Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the haunted attraction with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during the event Act as a character or scare actor, delivering lively performances that entertain and engage visitors while maintaining safety boundaries Respond promptly to guest inquiries, conflicts or concerns with positive conflict management skills Enforce safety rules, including emergency procedures such as first aid or CPR when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure a fun, safe environment that exceeds guest expectations Experience Previous experience in events management or hospitality environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
