Job Description

•Req Number•180234 Portrays various medical, behavioral and emotional scenarios involving established/scripted scenes in support of training of clinical professionals throughout the organization. Provides feedback to clinical professionals (learners) regarding their conduct, response and medical assessment.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Portrays medical scenarios or cases with learners in teaching and/or assessment activities. + Simulates all aspects of the scenario, using history of current problem, affect/behavior and physical findings, in a standardized, accurate and realistic manner. + Participates with learner in mock interview, counseling and/or a physical examination. + Provides feedback to learners in a constructive manner as coached. + Uses ongoing feedback from supervisor/trainer and incorporates into case simulation. + Accurately and consistently completes History and Physical checklists indicating areas addressed or not addressed by the Learner during scenario assessment. + Performs related duties as required. + All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. + Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Job Experience & Qualifications:
+ 0-1 years of relevant experience, required. + High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred + Per diem role, no benefits, variable schedule. •Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
