Development Cycle:
Ongoing throughout the season. Review tasks are entirely flexible and completed asynchronously on your own schedule. There are no mandatory live meetings or fixed hours.
What You Will Do:
Read script excerpts or listen to early audio demos, podcast episodes, and tracks. Complete quick, structured "micro-audits" sharing genuine feedback on narrative flow, pacing, lyrics, or listener engagement. Work entirely remote, on your own flexible schedule.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in Ontario. A passionate ear and eye for storytelling, audio, music, or dramatic structure. Background in theatre, writing, voiceover, podcasting, or music is a huge plus. How to

Rates range from $4 to $25 CAD per task, depending strictly on the length and budget of the specific creative material provided (e.g., a short indie script excerpt vs. a full production podcast demo). Payments are processed upon submission of the structured feedback.
