$18-$25/hour (based on experience) + commission after 90 days About Us Eleve LA Studio is a vibrant multi-use dance and fitness studio located in the heart of Inglewood, CA. We're more than just a studio — we're a creative hub for movement artists, fitness enthusiasts, and community builders. Our mission is to create an inclusive, inspiring, and empowering space where dancers of all levels can grow and connect. We offer weekly dance, pole, and fitness classes, as well as studio rentals for workshops, productions, and private events. As a growing brand, we're looking for experienced, high-energy dance instructors who are excited to build community and bring their unique style to our team. Positions Available We are currently hiring instructors in the following styles: Hip Hop Heels Jazz Funk Dancehall Afrobeats Latin Ballroom American Ballroom Cheer Step K-Pop Responsibilities Teach high-quality, engaging dance classes tailored to various levels. Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Help promote and grow your classes through your personal network and community engagement. Assist in developing workshops or performance opportunities. Maintain professionalism and studio standards at all times. Communicate effectively with studio management and students. Qualifications Must have previous teaching experience in a studio, school, or professional setting. Background in professional dance — degree, studio teaching, touring, or long-term training experience. Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about teaching and community building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Must have reliable transportation.
Bonus:
Sales, customer service, or marketing experience. What We're Looking For We're a new and growing studio seeking instructors who are: Community-driven and excited to help build something new. Comfortable bringing in or attracting students through their network. Flexible, creative, and open to collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$18-$25/hour (based on experience)
Commission:
Performance/profit-based commission after 90 days
