Core Objective Provide high-quality, safe, and inspiring dance education that builds well-rounded, intelligent, artistic athletes in alignment with the studio's individualized teaching philosophy. Requirements & Qualifications High level of technical proficiency in traditional dance genres. (Recreational & Competitive Tracks) Proven experience teaching and working with children (ages 2-16) with an innate desire to create a nurturing, inclusive environment. Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively while upholding proper studio etiquette. Strong communication skills for professional parent and peer interaction. Ability to pass a mandatory background check. Preferred Qualifications Experience instructing acrobatics, tumbling, or gymnastics. A degree or certification in dance or a related field.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
