Full Job Description Xpress Yourself Dance Studio:

Dance Studio Front Office Staff Position We are seeking an enthusiastic, dance knowledgeable, and dance interested individual to join our XY team. This position will report directly to the studio director and studio manager daily. We are a seasonal studio looking to fulfill Summer daytime hours (8:30am-3:30pm) from June- Mid-August. Beginning August 17, hours will shift into evening hours (3:30pm- approximately 9pm) to be scheduled before the season begins. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Understanding of dance genres and guiding customers through our registration process. Willingness to learn Studio Pro CRM. Confidence when speaking to new and existing customers about our classes, schedules, and policies. Being friendly and outgoing in person and over the phone. Greeting customers and dancers. Being a team player. Answering calls and emails. Being knowledgeable on studio policies, schedule, uniforms, procedures, etc. Maintaining a clean work environment. Willingness and enthusiastically participate administratively in our studio events and performances. Willingness to learn and grow with our XY team and family. High school diploma required.
