Job Description

The Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts (LAAPA) has been providing the Northshore and Greater New Orleans community with only the finest programs for the past forty years. We are seeking enthusiastic dance educators eager to share their art with students of all ages in Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Hip-Hop/Jazz, Contemporary, and Preschool Dance.

Requirements:
1.) Professional training and experience teaching in your specific genre(s). 2.) Ability to teach in one or more of the following: ballet, hip hop/jazz, toddler classes. 3.) Ability to work with students of all ages from young beginners to adults. 4.) Ability to choreograph and lead rehearsals.
