Role Description:

This internship role is designed to support the efforts of the A&R (Artists and Repertoire) team at Mainstay Music Group. Interns will assist in scouting new talent, organizing music review sessions, creating and maintaining artist portfolios, and providing administrative support. They will gain valuable exposure to the creative process, including participating in artist meetings and brainstorming sessions. This is an on-site internship based in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in music trends, artist discovery, and talent evaluation Ability to conduct research and analyze music market trends Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with creative thinking abilities Experience with music streaming platforms, social media, and digital marketing is a plus Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced music industry environment Pursuing a degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred Please email your resume to Travis@mainstaymusicgroup.com and CC Odaine@mainstaymusicgroup.com.
