Requirements Previous dance teaching experience required Strong Ballet and/or Hip Hop background Experience working with children ages 3-18 Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Experience with choreography and performances is a plus Responsibilities Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes Create a safe, positive learning environment Prepare students for showcases and performances Communicate effectively with staff and parents Compensation & Opportunities Starting rate: $25 per 45-minute group class Private lessons compensated at a higher rate Potential for multiple weekly classes Opportunities for private lessons, workshops, camps, showcases, and special events Growth opportunities within the studio
