• Develop and implement dance lesson plans for various skill levels and age groups.
• Teach dance techniques, including ballet, tap.
• Provide guidance and support to students during dance classes and rehearsals.
• Choreograph dance routines for performances and competitions.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their technique and performance.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate dance events and performances.
• Maintain a clean and organized dance studio. ```Experience```
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dance instructor or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques.
• Experience working with students of different ages, from children to adults.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Familiarity with theater production and stage performance.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
• Experience working with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities is preferred.
