Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hip Hop Dance Instructor to inspire and motivate students of all ages through the vibrant art of hip hop dance. In this role, you will lead engaging dance classes that foster creativity, confidence, and physical fitness. Duties Design and implement comprehensive hip hop dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels Lead lively, energetic dance classes that emphasize technique, rhythm, and performance skills Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and self-confidence Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear expectations Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their dancing abilities Incorporate elements of theater, choreography, and musicality into lessons to enhance student engagement Collaborate with parents, guardians, or program coordinators to track student progress and address individual needs Requirements Proven experience in teaching hip hop dance or related styles such as ballet or theater dance Strong knowledge of choreography development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Ability to work effectively with children, teens, and adults in educational settings Experience in working with students with diverse learning needs, including special education or early childhood education Skills in photography or videography are a plus for documenting performances and progress Familiarity with behavior management strategies and childhood development principles Enthusiasm for fostering a fun, inclusive environment that promotes physical activity and artistic expression Join us as a Hip Hop Dance Instructor and bring your passion for movement to life!
