The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience in Hip Hop dance styles, and possess the ability to inspire and educate students of all ages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and caring learning environment, and encouraging students to express themselves through dance. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach Hip Hop to all ages and skill levels while ensuring proper technique and safety. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression among students. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Organize and participate in recitals, dance competitions or other performance opportunities for students. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall dance program. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Dependable and reliable Engage with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Must have a positive attitude, and able to motivate and inspire students Requirements Proven experience as a Dance Instructor; prior knowledge of Hip Hop Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and experience working with students of varying ages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students and parents effectively. Skills in curriculum development to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. A passion for teaching dance and nurturing young talent is essential.
