Responsibilities and Duties Outgoing individuals that can Move in a group dance setting. Some speaking/instructional on Microphone will be required. Responsible for learning and maintaining the choreography and script taught by the Install Instructor. Being able to perform the selected pieces of music in various environments. This group will be moving around the Robin Lake Stage area performing for our guests and encouraging them to be part of the show. Manage guest experience by creating a fun welcoming performance experience. Monitor the Event to ensure Guests safety and security, including identifying and reporting potential hazards or disruption immediately. Address any Guest concerns or questions promptly and professionally, offering solutions where appropriate or escalating issues to the Entertainment Supervisor, or Sr. Entertainment Manager when necessary. Represent Callaway Resort and Gardens in a professional and friendly manner, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all Event Guests. Qualifications Education & Experience Must be at least 16 years of age or older. Previous Dance Performance experience preferred. Comfortable speaking and performing in front of crowds in various lighting conditions. Ability to rehearse in a group and independently on the material that is shared by the Install Director. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Ability to remain flexible and adapt to the changing needs of events. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules is required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist with event setup and breakdown. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during events regardless of weather conditions. Ability to dance/perform up to 4 shows per day. Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and in different weather conditions.
