Choreography Teaching Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Dance Coach We are looking for an energetic and experienced Dance Coach to lead our kids' Pom and Hip Hop program—and to launch an adult hip hop class as well! We want someone who loves what they do, brings positive energy to every class, and is excited to start up and grow our dance program for all ages.

What You'll Do:

Coach Kids in

Pom & Hip Hop:

Lead fun, age-appropriate classes focused on skill-building, teamwork, and performance.

Choreograph Routines:

Design creative, high-energy dances for showcases and events.

Teach Technique:

Focus on proper motions, footwork, jumps, and turns. Work with

Our Competitive Gymnastics Team:

Help our team girls develop dance technique, performance quality, and confidence to elevate their routines. Launch an

Adult Hip Hop Class:

Build an engaging class for adults looking for fun, fitness, and movement.

Develop Dancers:

Use drills to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Foster a

Positive Environment:

Promote confidence, expression, and a love for dance.

What We're Looking For:

Dance Background:

Strong in Hip Hop and Pom styles with choreography experience.

Teaching Experience:

Skilled in working with kids of various ages; excited to engage adults too.

Positive & Energetic:

A coach who uplifts, motivates, and truly enjoys teaching.

Great Communicator:

Connects well with dancers and families; provides clear feedback.

Organized & Dependable:

Able to manage class plans, events, and scheduling. If you're ready to inspire young dancers, help our athletes grow, and bring adults back to the dance floor—we'd love to meet you!
