Summary:
Celebrate Christmas by being a part of our NEW Stars, Lights & Christmas Nights Parade™. We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with our guests and helping Create Memories Worth Repeating™. Applicants should be comfortable with performing choreographed movements and dancing while completing the parade twice nightly walking up to 3 miles per shift. This is a Seasonal position with evening hours. This position begins 10/23/2026 and ends 1/2/2027. Must be at least 16 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Other duties may be assigned) Portray a character through movements, gestures, and dance while maintain character throughout performances. Use costumes and props to help bring character to life to create engaging guest experience. Interact guests in a caring, friendly, and enthusiastic manner while maintaining a high level of energy and professionalism. Perform as a member of a group. Participate in rehearsals, and learn choreography, staging, and clocking as directed by Director or other members of leadership. Responsible for completing your own hair and makeup in accordance to the performance standards.

Work Environment:
This role takes place in an outdoor, high-energy holiday parade setting with evening performances. Performers are frequently exposed to a range of weather conditions, including cold, wind, rain, and occasional snow and are expected to remain in character throughout. Some roles require wearing a full-body costume including head coverings, which may limit vision, ventilation, and movement. the environment includes loud music, flashing lights, large crowds, and variable walking surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, and inclines. Performers must maintain enthusiasm, high energy, and strong guest engagement while walking and dancing long distances
The atmosphere is festive but physically demanding, requiring stamina, focus, and the ability to adapt quickly during live performances.
