Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Hip Hop Dance Instructor to inspire and motivate students through dynamic dance education. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging hip hop dance curricula tailored to various skill levels and age groups Lead energetic dance classes that emphasize technique, rhythm, creativity, and performance skills Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment Incorporate elements of choreography, musicality, and improvisation into lessons to enhance student engagement Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and encourage artistic expression Collaborate with other instructors to design comprehensive arts programs that integrate dance with other creative disciplines Maintain organized lesson plans, attendance records, and progress reports for all students Requirements Proven experience in dance instruction with a focus on hip hop or urban dance styles Strong background in choreography, dance technique, and performance arts Experience working with children, youth programs, or adult learners in educational settings Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster positive learning environments Ability to teach visual & performing arts with creativity and enthusiasm Familiarity with musical instruments or musicality principles is a plus Prior experience in theater arts or teaching instrumental performance is advantageous Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and behavior management techniques Additional skills such as photography, sewing, cooking, or childcare are considered a bonus but are not required Join us as a Hip Hop Dance Instructor and bring your passion for movement and teaching to life!
