Kung Fu Cowgirl:
Ride Between Worlds — an original bilingual musical filled with kung fu, cowboys, dance, comedy, heart, and original music. After successful presentations in Austin and China, we are preparing for our largest production yet: an 8-show run at Austin's iconic Zilker Hillside Theater. We're building more than a show. We're building a community, a cultural bridge, and a new generation of storytelling that brings East and West together on one stage. If you love theater, music, creativity, adventure, collaboration, and making something that has never existed before, we'd love to meet you. We need confident, reliable dancers who can learn choreography quickly. Dance videos are ready, with rehearsal opportunities this week and required dress rehearsals September 1 and 2.
Shows:
September 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12 and 13 at 8:00 PM Running time: Approximately 90 minutes, plus a brief intermission
Pay:
$40 per show, plus rehearsal and completion bonus, about $320-500
