Experience Required Previous experience as a Caddie Master, caddie, or in golf operations preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. High level of professionalism with a strong customer service mindset. Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and pace-of-play standards. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and club events. Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Essential Responsibilities Caddie Program Management Manage all daily caddie operations, including scheduling and caddie assignments. Recruit, train, and mentor caddies to ensure high standards of professionalism, course knowledge, etiquette, and member service. Maintain a strong and reliable caddie roster to support member play, with a focus on peak days, events, and busy periods. Track caddie performance, attendance, and availability to ensure proper coverage. Monitor and evaluate caddie performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment within the caddie program. Member & Guest Experience Provide a high level of service and professionalism to all members and guests. Ensure proper care and handling of member and guest golf bags and equipment. Address and resolve member feedback or concerns related to caddie services promptly and professionally. Uphold the club's standards for hospitality and private club service. Coordination with Golf Operations Maintain clear communication with the Golf Professional Staff regarding tee times, events, and daily caddie needs. Coordinate with the professional staff to ensure players tee off on time and maintain appropriate pace-of-play standards. Assist with tournament operations and club events requiring caddie support. Facility & Program Standards Supervise the standards and cleanliness of the caddie yard and caddie shack, ensuring a professional and organized environment. Ensure caddies maintain proper uniforms and meet club presentation standards. Enforce club policies, pace-of-play standards, and expectations for professionalism and conduct.
