Duties Develop and implement engaging Hip Hop dance curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels from ages 4-16. Lead energetic dance classes, demonstrate techniques and guide students through choreography. Prepare students for performances or showcases by rehearsing routines and providing constructive feedback Maintain organized lesson plans, attendance records, and progress reports to track student development Qualifications Proven experience teaching dance, particularly Hip Hop styles, with strong choreography skills Familiarity with classroom management techniques to foster positive learning environments Experience working with children or in youth programs, including early childhood or preschool settings Knowledge of performing arts including theater, music instruction, or visual arts is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
