Center Springs Church Music and/or Student Ministry Position Center Springs Church, located in Somerville, AL, is looking for someone to fill a new part-time or bi-vocational director of music and student ministries. We are willing to split the position into two roles if need be. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone discerning a call to career ministry or any career that involves working with young people and/or music.

Salary:

Starting at $1,500.00 per month or to be split based on individual roles Reports to:

Senior Pastor Staff Parish Relations Committee Church Leadership Board Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and organize worship services in coordination with the pastor, musicians, and audio/visual team, and worship committee Lead Sunday morning worship services and other services as needed throughout the year Assist in the planning and organizing of special events at the church Develop and implement discipleship strategies for the students in the church Plan and lead student Bible studies during the week Plan and lead the student Sunday School program Develop a strategy for youth involvement in music and worship in the church Plan and organize mission and spiritual development trips Recruit and work with adult volunteers Support local school and community activities whenever possible Alongside the Missions and Ministries Team, plan and implement strategies for community outreach and ministry Plan, organize, and operate the Children's Choir Camp each summer To Apply Please send resumés, including three references to: centerspringschurch@gmail.com For questions or further information, contact Pastor Chris Nabors at (256) 537-5825
