Adobe AEP Lead/Architect

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Adobe AEP Lead/Architect for one of its clients in Atlanta, GA/Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Job Title:

Adobe AEP Lead/Architect Summary We are looking for a highly hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end implementations, take full ownership, and act as a strong single point of contact (SPOC). The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, proactive, and capable of leading from the front without dependency on external teams.

Responsibilities:

Independently lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations across enterprise environments Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, data ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies Act as a self-reliant SPOC, driving execution without reliance on external support (ACS or others) Proactively identify risks and define clear mitigation strategies early in the lifecycle Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions Ensure strong ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in AEP (not just advisory) Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, Data Streams Proven ability to drive implementation independently and deliver results Experience in enterprise-scale environments (Retail preferred) Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
