Job Description

Worship Leader - Legacy Baptist Church (Dallas, GA)Legacy Baptist Church is seeking a Worship Leader to provide Christ-centered, biblically grounded leadership for our multigenerational worship ministry. This role includes planning and leading worship services, developing worship teams, coordinating technical production, and investing in the next generation of worshipers.

Key Responsibilities -Lead and coordinate all worship services using hymns, contemporary songs, and newer worship expressions.

Organize and lead rehearsals for musicians, vocalists, and tech teams.

Recruit, develop, and shepherd worship ministry volunteers.

Collaborate with audio, lighting, and production teams.

Oversee worship ministry calendar, budget, and special events.

Invest in children, youth, and college students to cultivate future worship leaders.

Qualifications - Deep, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Agreement with our doctrinal statement.

Worship leadership experience preferred.

Strong vocal and musical leadership skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Humble, servant-hearted team player.

College degree or formal music training preferred.

Compensation - Competitive salary based on experience. Bi-vocational candidates welcome if responsibilities are fully met.
