Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and inspiring spirit filled Praise & Worship Leader to guide our congregation in heartfelt worship experiences. This vital role involves leading musical worship sessions, fostering an atmosphere of spiritual connection, and encouraging active participation from the community. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant faith, strong leadership abilities, and a talent for inspiring others through music and worship. This paid position offers an opportunity to impact lives positively by creating an environment where individuals can encounter spiritual renewal and deepen their faith journey. Duties Lead engaging and spirit-filled praise and worship sessions during church services and special events Select appropriate songs and musical arrangements that align with the message and season of worship Coordinate with pastors, musicians, and volunteers to ensure seamless worship experiences Mentor and develop choir members, musicians, and vocalists to enhance their skills and confidence Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages congregation participation and spiritual openness Maintain the musical equipment, including instruments, sound systems, and microphones, ensuring optimal performance Plan rehearsals, provide constructive feedback, and nurture a team-oriented environment focused on excellence in worship Skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Excellent communication skills to clearly convey musical ideas and spiritual messages Proven teaching ability to train choir members, musicians, and volunteers effectively Deep understanding of praise & worship music styles across various genres Mentoring skills to support the growth of team members both musically and spiritually Ability to adapt quickly to different service formats or special event needs Passion for fostering a vibrant worship culture that encourages spiritual connection This role is perfect for someone eager to lead with energy, inspire others through music, and cultivate a dynamic worship environment.
