Job Description
Musical/Drama Assistant - PCM Middle School Yearly stipend - $1235/year Purpose To provide leadership, supervision and organization of a specific student activity and to carry out the objectives of the program. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Assist director with casting, rehearsals, and overall production planning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff about rehearsal schedules and expectations. Help manage backstage operations to prepare students for technical rehearsals and performances. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional rehearsal environment. Supervise students during rehearsals and performances to ensure safety and discipline. Assist with administrative tasks such as script distribution, attendance, program creation, and show publicity, as needed.
