Job Description
A private school is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Part-Time Band Director to lead its upper elementary band program during the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to inspire young musicians, foster confidence and teamwork, and help students develop a lifelong appreciation for music. Responsibilities Teach instrumental music to upper elementary students Instruct students in instrument care, music theory, reading music, and ensemble performance Lead rehearsals and prepare students for performances and school events Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student development Encourage creativity, teamwork, discipline, and musical growth Schedule Part-time, school-year position One to two classes per week during school hours Flexible schedule based on school programming needs #neasepersonnel #nowhiring #banddirector
