Job Description

Coordinate and assist with the transportation, set up, take down and return of Falcon Marching Band equipment. Career Readiness Competencies Take initiative to learn new tools, systems, or procedures on the job. Adjust tone and approach based on audience (e.g., peers vs. supervisors). Share relevant information with team members in a timely manner. Identify when additional information is needed before making a decision. Break down tasks into steps to complete work more efficiently. Coordinate and assist with the transportation of marching band equipment and supplies. Event set up and take down of marching band equipment and supplies Coordinate with Band Office Manager and Marching Band Director Event management experience preferred Flexible schedule Limited heavy lifting with reasonable accommodation Total pay for this position is $2000. This position will be paid a preset amount every two weeks. Due to the needs of the Falcon Marching Band, hours will vary greatly both day to day and week to week. Pay will be evenly distributed every two weeks over the course of the job period, and hours will not exceed a weekly average of 10 hours.
