MA-DP) Wayne, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22443768 Summary Wayne, PA Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience Master's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift /Full-Time Description Lead and coordinate music for the church's traditional worship service, including hymns, choral arrangements, and orchestral accompaniment. Direct and manage rehearsals for the adult choir, children's choir, and orchestra for weekly services and seasonal events. Chart, arrange, and adapt musical works, both classic and modern, for a variety of vocal and instrumental ensembles based on available skillsets and needs. Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer vocalists and instrumentalists, fostering their musical skills and leadership capabilities. Lead worship leaders and musicians, nurturing their musical development. Plan Sunday worship services and special events in close collaboration with the Senior Pastor and Worship Pastor, ensuring thematic alignment. Collaborate with the Worship Pastor and worship arts staff to develop and manage the annual department budget, allocating financial resources. Work with the media arts team to shape an engaging and technically supportive environment through sound, visuals, and staging. Manage administrative and logistical aspects of the worship ministry, including scheduling, sheet music organization, communications, and volunteer coordination.
