HCISD Job Pool for all individuals interested in applying for High School Assistant Choral Director positions. Applicants can apply here for current and/or anticipated vacancies.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To plan and implement choral music activities for students by assisting campus choral director.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Valid Texas teaching certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of overall operations of a choral music program Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of state, TMEA, and UIL policies governing band
Experience:
At least one year of student teaching or approved internship.
SALARY:
Teacher Salary + Extra Days
