ISD NOCONA ISD OPERATES ON A 4 DAY PER WEEK CALENDAR AND PARTICIPATES IN THE TEACHER INCENTIVE ALLOTMENT PROGRAM
Description/Notes:
Foster collegiality and team building among staff members. Work with students, staff, and parents to develop positive student behavior. Direct and manage the instrumental music & band program at the assigned campus Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth Provide an opportunity to participate in extracurricular band and ensure compliance with all state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and district requirements. Plan activities to achieve district, region, and state recognition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University; Valid Texas Teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned. T hree years or more experience preferred.
Salary Range:
Contracted 11 months; Salary is based on qualifications and years of experience.
