Purpose:
To cultivate a community of Christlike care by leading the church in meaningful worship through music and the arts, inspiring congregational participation, and glorifying God through creative expression rooted in theological and liturgical depth. This position will direct our experienced adult choir and orchestra for traditional worship, develop our children's and youth music ministry, and plan and direct seasonal worship productions throughout the year. The ideal candidate is a strong musician and leader with a heart for worship, a love for developing music ministry for all ages, and a collaborative spirit. This person will serve as a member of our worship team, working closely with the pastoral staff and other worship leaders to create meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences.
