Approximately 12-15 hours/week (flexible)Overview:
Desert Foothills Church is seeking a Worship Leader to lead our congregation in Christ-centered worship while cultivating a healthy, humble, and collaborative worship culture.Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and leading weekly contemporary worship services
- Selecting music aligned sermon themes
- Leading rehearsals and coordinating musicians
- Rehearsal and service both take place on Sunday mornings (roughly 8:30am-12:30pm)
- Preparing lyrics/slides and service flow using ProPresenter
- Arrange backing tracks using "Multitracks" or similar like software
- Collaborating with pastors and technical teams
Qualifications:
- Strong vocal ability and proficiency on guitar.
- Technical comfort with worship software (or willingness to learn)
- Demonstrated humility, reliability, and integrity
- Ability to lead with excellence while fostering grace and unity
- Commitment to Christian values and church community
