Part-Time Worship Leader

Approximately 12-15 hours/week (flexible)

Overview:

Desert Foothills Church is seeking a Worship Leader to lead our congregation in Christ-centered worship while cultivating a healthy, humble, and collaborative worship culture.

Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and leading weekly contemporary worship services
• Selecting music aligned sermon themes
• Leading rehearsals and coordinating musicians
• Rehearsal and service both take place on Sunday mornings (roughly 8:30am-12:30pm)
• Preparing lyrics/slides and service flow using ProPresenter
• Arrange backing tracks using "Multitracks" or similar like software
• Collaborating with pastors and technical teams

Qualifications:

• Strong vocal ability and proficiency on guitar.
• Technical comfort with worship software (or willingness to learn)
• Demonstrated humility, reliability, and integrity
• Ability to lead with excellence while fostering grace and unity
