In this energetic role, you will contribute your vocal talents to create uplifting and memorable musical experiences for audiences. Whether performing in church services, community events, or special concerts, you will help bring joy and harmony through your singing. This paid position offers commission on all tickets sold by you. For this coming season we have 3 local tour/concerts with the potential for pop ups throughout. An audition link will be sent to you after applying. Duties Perform as part of the choir during rehearsals and live events, delivering powerful and expressive vocals Collaborate with conductors and fellow choir members to rehearse pieces thoroughly and refine harmonies Assist in preparing for performances by practicing assigned songs and participating in dress rehearsals Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all rehearsals, performances, and related activities Support the overall organization of choir events, including setup, sound checks, and post-performance duties Engage with the audience through lively stage presence and positive energy during performances Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and musical excellence Requirements Proven singing ability with a strong voice suitable for ensemble performance Experience in choir or theatrical singing is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Ability to read sheet music or follow musical cues effectively Strong sense of rhythm, pitch accuracy, and vocal control Passion for music, especially in a theatrical or community setting Flexibility to attend rehearsals and performances on scheduled dates; some weekend or evening availability required
