Job Description
Band Members KCU Impact Enterprises is a company comprised of multiple sub-businesses dedicated to helping artists and creatives grow and advance their careers. Our services range from vocal coaching, logistics and coordination, corporate gigging, bookings, and more. We aim to cultivate a supportive, well-connected creative network that provides resume-building opportunities, exposure to both notable and emerging recording artists, and access to consistent work and long-term professional growth. We are currently building a roster of live band musicians for upcoming shows, festivals, corporate engagements, and special performances. Band members will be selected directly by the artist to ensure strong musical alignment, cohesiveness, and shared commitment to the vision and impact of the work. About the Vision This mission extends beyond performance. The music we create is intended to uplift, encourage, and empower individuals navigating life's challenges — including depression, shame, doubt, and discouragement. Through excellence in musicianship and collaboration, we aim to remind audiences that they are resilient, capable, and victorious. We are seeking musicians who not only perform at a high level but also resonate with purpose-driven artistry and the responsibility of contributing to meaningful experiences for diverse audiences. Technical Requirements Ability to read sheet music and play by ear (primarily by ear)
For Drummers:
Ability to play the Drum set onlyFor Drummers:
Owns their own Drum set (highly preferred) Minimum 1 year of Corporate Band experience Experience performing live in front of audiences Must be 20+ years of age Willingness to travel Flexible availability (nights and weekends as needed) Collaboration & Character Positive, team-oriented mindset Coachable and open to feedback Ego-free approach to group success Respectful toward leadership, fellow musicians, and production staff Alignment with a purpose-driven environment focused on encouragement and impact Responsibilities Perform at scheduled rehearsals and events Learn assigned material within communicated timelines Contribute to cohesive live sound and stage execution Maintain professionalism on and off stage Communicate scheduling or availability conflicts promptly Support a positive, safe, and encouraging team environment Compensation $100 - $400 per show [Part-time/Contract Position]Job Types:
