The Parenting Place is seeking part-time employees to work Sundays and early evenings on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Supervised Visitation and Exchange Program. Applicants should be passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for families to maintain relationships with their children. This position works directly with families, providing supervised visits and exchanges on-site at The Parenting Place in La Crosse, Wisconsin. All families referred to the program have a history of domestic violence so knowledge in this field is preferred.

Helpful Skills to have:

Ability to exercise sound judgment in difficult situations. Ability to communicate calmly and professionally with participants who have elevated emotions. Work cooperatively with a team to deliver safe services following established guidelines and sharing and receiving feedback. Attention to detail in documenting and service observation. Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
