About the Role Ready Foods is looking for a Commercialization Manager to lead the successful launch of new products from concept through full-scale production. This role ensures innovation transitions smoothly into operations and brings products to market efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the key connector across R D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Food Safety & Quality, driving alignment and disciplined execution across our commercialization pipeline.
Responsibilities include:
Own the Commercialization Process Lead stage-gate commercialization for new products, line extensions, and LTOs Ensure all product specs and documentation are complete and production-ready Drive Cross-Functional Execution Align R D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and FSQA Lead project meetings, manage timelines, and resolve risks Manage Projects & Pipeline Oversee multiple commercialization initiatives from concept to launch Prioritize work based on business impact and strategic alignment Provide clear project updates to leadership Lead Scale-Up & Production Readiness Manage plant trials, process validation, and scale-up efforts Identify and resolve issues before and during production Support key production runs to ensure successful execution Improve Systems & Processes Strengthen commercialization tools, workflows, and governance Support PLM/data systems and improve process efficiency
Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field (MBA preferred) 5-8 years of experience in commercialization, project management, or operations within food/CPG manufacturing Proven ability to lead cross-functional product launches Hands-on experience with plant trials and production scale-up Strong understanding of stage-gate commercialization processes Experience with ERP/PLM systems and project tools (PMP a plus)
