Summary:
Assist the Music Ensemble Director and Faculty with a variety of administrative tasks. Assist with rehearsal and performance scheduling, take and track student attendance throughout the semester. Prepare materials and equipment for rehearsal/performance use, facilitate stage set changes, function as stage manager as needed. In negotiation with the Ensemble Director and with the specific needs of each rehearsal/performance, arrive before each class/performance for set-up, and remain after each class/performance to strike stage and return equipment to storage.
Essential Functions:
Rehearsal and performance scheduling. Take and track student attendance throughout the semester. Prepare materials and equipment for rehearsal/performance use, facilitate stage set changes, function as stage manager as needed. Other duties assigned.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-time. 6 hours per week.
Salary Range:
$18.40 per hour.
Required Education and Exerience:
