Business Assistant inDrive Operations Leesburg, VA, USA Posted on Apr 23, 2026 Apply now We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and ensure a structured, efficient operating rhythm within the Product organization. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, product operations, and cross-functional coordination , enabling effective decision-making and smooth execution across a global, multi-team product setup. Department Product Employment Type Full Time Location Kazakhstan Address Almaty, Almaty Special District Workplace type Hybrid Key Responsibilities Executive & Product Operations Support End-to-end calendar management for the CPO, including prioritization, coordination across time zones, and preparation for key product and leadership meetings Full coordination of complex international business travel for the CPO Preparation, submission, and tracking of travel and expense reports in line with internal policies; coordination with Accounting and external providers Administrative and operational support of the CPO's day-to-day activities Ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation support Collection and organization of documents, reports, and materials to support product decision-making and leadership alignment Product Business Rhythm & Coordination Cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders Gathering, structuring, and preparing materials for product reviews, strategy sessions, planning cycles, and executive leadership meetings Tracking key product initiatives and priorities; monitoring deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables Preparing and reviewing presentations, product decks, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes Supporting core Product rhythms: quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, leadership syncs, and follow-ups on action items Assisting in the organization of product off-sites, strategy workshops, and internal product events Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product/business operations and executive support in a fast-paced, international environment; Proven experience supporting senior leadership (ideally C-level) and working across multiple time zones Technical & Professional Skills Fluent proficiency both Russian and English languages; Familiarity with product and collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, Slack, MS Teams) Hands-on experience with travel and expense management systems (Concur, SAP, Expensify, Zoho, or similar) MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel) on the advanced level; Strong ability to structure information, track processes, and support cross-functional coordination Work Style Ability to acces the situation and reflect quickly making the best possible decision aligns with the CPOs' priorities; Strictly accurate approach, open communication and adaptability among the team that ensures one a strong and trustful communication with the product team; Conscious approach to the problem solving and ability to deliver in a high-pace environment; Job Benefits Stable salary, official employment Health insurance Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support Discount club membership Diverse internal training programs Partially or fully paid additional training courses All necessary work equipment About inDrive inDrive is a global tech company on a mission to challenge injustice.
