We are seeking a highly organized and motivated production professional to help manage our stage, events, and productions at a boutique creative studio in El Segundo.

El Segundo, CA What You'll Do:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all client inquiries (phone/email), guiding prospects from inquiry → tour → booking
  • Manage booking pipeline and calendar, including holds, confirmations, scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Track and organize all booking documentation (contracts, COIs, invoices, riders, layouts) across systems (Drive, calendar, trackers)
  • Coordinate event and production logistics including staffing, vendors, schedules, and run-of-show details
  • Support stage and production operations, including client communication, gear coordination, and shoot prep
  • Act as liaison between clients, vendors, internal team, and leadership to ensure smooth execution
  • Review and enforce venue policies, insurance requirements, and operational compliance to prevent issues
  • Create, send, and manage invoices and financial tracking (QuickBooks), including final billing adjustments
  • Lead studio and event tours and sales support, presenting the space and converting inquiries into bookings
  • Manage office operations and logistics, including mail, deliveries, supplies, and tenant coordination
  • Assist with production coordination, research, marketing support, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in managing our social & digital platforms to promote our business
  • Be the facility manager to our studio space
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who's been in the industry as a Stage Manager for 2-5 years minimum. You have knowledge on how a stage functions and understand the basics of distro and grip&lighting gear. You can book crews and vendors, create a call sheet, on board crew and send out Client contracts. You are detailed oriented, responsive and must have a strong get it done attitude. You thrive on efficiency, details and organization and have an aptitude and curiosity for using AI and other technological platforms for optimization. This position is geared toward someone who is a fast learner and can get up to speed quickly. You need to be Client friendly, calm under pressure, professional, and have the ability to interact with crew and clients in a positive manner.
