Job Description
-Serve as the primary liaison between speakers, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth show execution.
- Manage speaker movement, stage timing, walk-ons, transitions, and backstage operations throughout the event.
- Work closely with show caller, AV team, and event leadership to maintain schedule and adapt to real-time changes.
- Coordinate presenter readiness, mic handoffs, panel transitions, and general backstage logistics.
- Remain calm under pressure, proactively solve problems, and help maintain a professional experience for speakers and attendees.
- Prior conference, corporate event, or live event stage management experience strongly preferred.
