Keep track of inventory levels using retail math skills; restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability. Support front desk operations by managing appointments, assisting with customer check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or beauty & cosmetics sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for the industry is essential! Familiarity with Millennium or salon software is a plus for managing appointments or client records. Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions and inventory management. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette help build rapport with customers. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with social media management can enhance promotional efforts and customer engagement online. Cosmetology or makeup application skills are advantageous for providing expert advice on beauty routines.
