Internal Medicine Physician Compensation:
Competitive annual salary ranging from $235,000 to $265,000 based on experience and training Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Highly comprehensive benefits package About the Role Henry Ford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient clinic located in Mount Morris, Michigan. This opportunity offers a fulfilling career within a nationally recognized health system committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-focused setting. You will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients, supporting their lifelong health needs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment equipped with advanced technology including
EPIC EMR.
Key Responsibilities Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care to adult and/or family medicine patients Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions effectively Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments Develop personalized, long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when necessary Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently using the
EPIC EMR
system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as scheduled Maintain a productive pace within a typical 36-hour patient contact week, with an additional 4 hours allocated weekly for administrative duties such as charting and care coordination Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational standards of care Foster strong relationships with patients and the local community to promote continuity of care and health education Comply with all organizational policies, credentialing, and clinical standards Qualifications Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or eligible and within 2026/2027 graduation dates; candidates requiring re-certification are not eligible) Active DEA license and certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 visa candidates are not eligible Accepts new graduates from 2026 and 2027 Able to commit to a location within 1 hour of Mount Morris (long commutes or additional jobs are not suitable) No previous lapses in
