Participate in a wide range of GYN surgeries with excellent hospital-based support services Da Vanci Robot 300 deliveries a year, 20% C-Setion rate Shared call structure, 7 days on/7 days off, with potential compensation for ER call Schedule Standard office hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday One full 8-hour OR day or two half days each week Efficient clinic flow with a steady patient volume Flexible scheduling options to help maintain work-life balance Compensation & Benefits Hospital-employed model with a starting salary between $400,000 plus an RVU threshold of 9000 per year RVU-based production incentives and a full benefits package Generous
