This is a unique role combining both office administration, scheduling, and light household/family assistance in a fast-paced but friendly environment. What can we offer

Qualifications:

Organized and dependable Strong communication skills Comfortable multitasking Basic computer and phone skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable around children Previous assistant, office, or customer service experience preferred

Office & Administrative Duties:

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule estimates, appointments, and crew calendars Manage emails, paperwork, and basic filing Coordinate daily schedules and reminders Assist with invoicing, payments, and organizing documents Communicate with clients in a professional manner Help maintain organized office operations

Household & Family Support:

Assist with supervising children as needed Light housework and home organization Run occasional errands Assist with meal prep or basic household tasks when needed Help maintain a smooth and organized daily routine Does this sound like the position for you?
