Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy small business owner. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries. Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills. Organize files and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information. Assist with bookkeeping tasks; perform basic data entry and clerical duties efficiently. Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Utilize office technology including multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign for electronic signatures, and other relevant tools to streamline daily operations. Skills Real Estate License a plus but not required. Experience in the real estate industry not required but a plus. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive administrative support role with strong organizational skills. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of property management software Appfolio a plus. Effective office management skills including filing systems, front desk responsibilities, and office experience. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Pay:
$23.66 - $28.49 per hour
