Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Personal Assistant Caregiver, where your compassion and expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and healthcare needs. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide personalized care, promote independence, and enhance quality of life for those in need. You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive assistance in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in health status, promptly reporting findings to healthcare providers Laundry Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment to promote overall well-being Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home health environments is highly desirable Demonstrated knowledge of patient care techniques including CPR, first aid, and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with care plans development and execution tailored to individual needs Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of caregiving Background in social work or long-term care settings is a plus but not required This position is a paid opportunity committed to fostering a supportive environment where your skills can thrive. $8.00 - $8.50 per hour
